Data Deletion

You are in control of your data in Clariopilot, and you can delete it at any time. There are three ways to do it:

1. Disconnect an account

In Clariopilot, open the channel and choose Disconnect on any connected YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account. This immediately and permanently deletes that account’s stored OAuth tokens and all data synced from it (profile, follower/view counts, video lists, analytics, and publishing records).

2. Delete your entire account

To remove everything, disconnect your accounts and email us to close your Clariopilot account. We will delete all of your stored data within 30 days.

3. Request deletion through Instagram / Meta

If you connected an Instagram account, you can also remove Clariopilot’s access and request data deletion from Instagram’s settings (Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Remove). Instagram will notify Clariopilot, and we will delete the data associated with that account automatically.
