Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Clariopilot (“the Service”) is a social-media management service for creators to plan, schedule, publish, and measure their own content across connected platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform — including the YouTube Terms of Service (which you agree to be bound by when you connect a YouTube channel), the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Developer Terms. You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for ensuring you hold the rights to it. You agree not to use the Service for spam, artificial engagement, or any activity prohibited by a connected platform.
Connected accounts
Connecting a platform authorizes the Service to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant (for example, uploading and scheduling the videos you provide, or reading your analytics). Every post is initiated by you. You can revoke that access at any time from the platform’s own app/permissions settings or by disconnecting the account in Clariopilot, which immediately stops the Service from accessing that account and deletes its stored data.
Content responsibility
You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring it is lawful, accurate, properly disclosed (including any required AI-generated-content labeling), and does not infringe others’ rights. The Service does not claim ownership of anything you create or publish.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by a connected third-party platform.
